Ann Zinda’s motto is, “I believe I can, so I will.” This ethos, as well as her passion for serving people, motivated her to adapt her 10 years of sales and sales management experience within the automotive, mortgage and travel industries to the real estate profession.
Ann is a natural-born salesperson, determined leader, and survivor — she recently battled and beat ovarian cancer. In real estate, she fights for her clients, whether they are on the buyer or seller side. She relies on her strong negotiating skills and sales background to consistently drive results for all of her clients.
Ann holds two degrees: a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of The Philippines and an MBA in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines. She speaks fluent Tagalog.
