A nn Zinda’s motto is, “I believe I can, so I will.” This ethos, as well as her passion for serving people, motivated her to adapt her 10 years of sales and sales management experience within the automotive, mortgage and travel industries to the real estate profession.

Ann is a natural-born salesperson, determined leader, and survivor — she recently battled and beat ovarian cancer. In real estate, she fights for her clients, whether they are on the buyer or seller side. She relies on her strong negotiating skills and sales background to consistently drive results for all of her clients. A bonafide people person, Ann is a firm believer in building lifelong client relationships. She brings a close personal network of contacts from her years of working in the automotive and travel industries. She especially excels at helping buyers find their dream homes. Her clients say that they appreciate her patient guidance and thoughtful attention to detail. She is known for leading by example, often motivating other team members with her energy, enthusiasm, and infectious zest for life.

Ann holds two degrees: a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of The Philippines and an MBA in Business Management from the Asian Institute of Management in the Philippines. She speaks fluent Tagalog.

Ann has lived in Lincoln since 2003, providing her with intricate knowledge of the neighborhoods in Placer County and the entire Sacramento region. She is happily married with two grown children and a young grandson. In her free time, she enjoys golf, nature photography, traveling, volunteering at local churches, and party planning for friends and family. She is also a dedicated foodie and wine enthusiast who enjoys a good glass of Cabernet Sauvignon!
